You give us a PSA cert number. We fetch the official scans from PSA, compare them to a
reference set of PSA 10s and BGS Black Labels for the same card using an image similarity
model, and return a score plus a defect breakdown. Use it to decide whether a PSA 9 is a
strong candidate to re-submit for a higher grade.
No. We're an independent tool that uses PSA's public cert verification images. We have no
relationship with PSA, BGS, CGC, or any other grading company.
Image similarity gives you an evidence-backed signal, not a guarantee. The model compares
defect indicators (centering, corners, edges, surface) that grading companies look at.
It can't see through the slab — a card with a defect hidden by a label bar will look better
than it is. Use it as one input, not the whole decision.
Fetching a scan from PSA and running the ML model costs us compute. The 1/day free tier
lets anyone try the full product without signing up — we just can't hand that out
unlimited. Signing up for a free account removes the daily limit.
Yes. Paid plans cancel instantly through the Stripe customer portal. You keep access
through the end of your current billing period, then downgrade to the free tier.
Things like unlimited scan history, batch scanning, side-by-side reference comparison,
defect heatmap overlays, and watchlist alerts. Free-with-account gets a limited subset;
Basic and Pro get the full set. AI-powered analysis and databasing features (portfolio,
API access, CSV export) are Pro only.
For signed-in users, yes — so you can see your scan history. For anonymous free scans,
we store the cert number, the result, and a hash of your IP to enforce the daily limit,
nothing more.
